Careers
Why build your career at Alpha Devraj ESS?
Because you will work on real hardware that ships and runs the grid — not a roadmap. We are a growing manufacturer of battery energy storage systems, backed by an established renewable-energy group, with broad remits, a quality-first culture, and a short path from idea to the field.
Life at Alpha Devraj
A small team, building something that matters.
Real hardware, real grid
This is not a slide deck. You will work on systems that get built in Gujarat, shipped, and run on live projects — including our own parent’s solar and wind plants.
Ownership, early
A growing team means broad remits and visible impact. Good work is seen, and the distance between an idea and shipping it is short.
Quality-first culture
We would rather do it right than do it twice. Engineering rigour, test records and honest numbers are how we operate — internally and with customers.
Backed for the long run
As part of Alpha Devraj Renewable Energy, we combine a start-up’s pace with the stability of an established renewable-energy group.
