How does Alpha Devraj ESS guarantee quality?
Quality is built in at four gates from cell to container, and every system is 100% factory-acceptance-tested before dispatch. Systems are engineered and tested to IEC 62619 / 62933 and UL 9540A within an ISO 9001 / 14001 framework, and backed by a 5-year warranty with performance guarantees available to 10 years.

Four gates, cell to container.
A defect caught at the cell is cheap; caught in the field it is a truck roll and a tarnished record. So we check at every stage.
Incoming cells
Every cell inspected and capacity-tested on arrival; batches matched by capacity and impedance so packs are built from like-for-like cells, not mixed stock.
Module & pack
Welds, torque, insulation and BMS wiring checked at module and pack build; each pack logged with its own test record before it enters a system.
System integration
Thermal loop, PCS, fire-safety and controls integrated and checked as a system — not as parts that happen to share an enclosure.
Factory acceptance test
100% of systems are FAT-tested to specification before dispatch — capacity, round-trip efficiency, protection and communications — with records supplied to the customer.

What standards are Alpha Devraj systems built to?
Systems are engineered and tested to IEC 62619 (cell and battery system safety), IEC 62933 (grid-connected ESS performance and safety) and UL 9540A (thermal-runaway fire-propagation testing), within an ISO 9001 quality and ISO 14001 environmental management framework. Exact certification status per standard is confirmed per product in the datasheet.
What does "100% factory acceptance tested" mean?
Every system we ship — not a sample — is run through a full factory acceptance test (FAT) before dispatch: usable capacity, round-trip efficiency, protection trips, thermal behaviour and communications are verified against the specification, and the test records are supplied with the system.
What warranty and performance guarantees do you offer?
A 5-year standard product warranty on every cabinet and container, extendable per project, with capacity-retention (performance) guarantees available to 10 years. Degradation is modelled up front and augmentation space reserved in the design so the plant holds its contracted capacity.
How do you prove quality to a lender or off-taker?
Through documentation: per-cell and per-pack test logs, the FAT report for the specific system, standards conformance, and O&M records once operational. A VGF-backed or lender-financed project can trace its asset’s quality history end to end.
