Lifecycle

Feasibility & engineering
We start from your load profile, tariff structure and site — not a catalogue. Sizing, single-line diagrams, protection, civil and thermal design, and a payback model you can take to a lender.
Manufacturing & FAT
Cells graded and matched on our own line in Gujarat; systems integrated, then factory-acceptance-tested to spec before dispatch — with test records supplied, not promised.
Delivery & installation
Containerised systems ship as one integrated unit. Site placement, electrical interconnection, and mechanical installation handled to plan, with method statements and safety documentation.
Commissioning
Grid-code compliance checks, protection coordination, BMS/PCS/EMS integration and a full site-acceptance test. The system is proven on site before it is handed over.
O&M & 24×7 monitoring
Long-term operation and maintenance with defined response times, a spares strategy, annual capacity testing, and a remote operations desk watching state of health, alarms and dispatch continuously.
Augmentation & end-of-life
Capacity fades with cycling; our layouts reserve space to add racks or containers so the plant holds its contracted capacity. At end of life, batteries are routed to authorised recyclers under India’s Battery Waste Management Rules.

Do you only sell hardware, or do you support the whole project?
Both. You can buy FAT-tested systems for your own EPC to install, or hand us the full lifecycle — feasibility, engineering, delivery, installation, commissioning, and long-term O&M with 24×7 monitoring and augmentation. We scope to what your project needs.
What does your O&M contract cover?
Defined response times, preventive and corrective maintenance, spares management, annual capacity testing, firmware and EMS updates, and continuous remote monitoring of state of health, alarms and dispatch performance — so the asset stays bankable across its contracted life.
How do you handle capacity loss over time?
We size systems with degradation margins up front and reserve physical space in the layout for augmentation. In later years we add racks or containers so the plant continues to meet its contracted capacity, rather than quietly falling short.
Can you work with our existing EPC or developer?
Yes. We regularly supply and commission systems alongside a client’s own EPC, developer or O&M partner, with clear scope boundaries and documentation handover.
