Where and how are Alpha Devraj ESS systems built?
At our fully automated, state-of-the-art facility in Gujarat with 5 GWh of annual manufacturing capacity: LFP cells are machine-graded and built into packs, packs are integrated into containers with cooling, fire suppression and power electronics, and every finished system passes factory acceptance testing before dispatch.

Reject early
Cells are graded before they earn a place in a pack. The cheapest defect is the one that never enters the line.

Cell to container, one flow.
A fully automated line — robotic cell handling, laser welding, automated end-of-line testing — with four stages and a quality gate at each. A system only moves forward when the stage before it has passed.

Cell intake & grading
Incoming LFP cells are inspected, capacity-tested, sorted and matched so every pack starts from a consistent baseline.

Module & pack build
Cells are assembled into modules and packs with welded interconnects, sensors and an integrated BMS — torque, polarity and insulation verified at each station.

Container integration
Packs, liquid-cooling loops, fire suppression, power electronics and cabling are integrated into the enclosure as one engineered system.

Test & dispatch
Full charge/discharge cycling, thermal and safety checks, and factory acceptance testing before the finished system ships to site.
Why we assemble in-house.
Storage projects live or die on delivered quality and lead time. Owning a state-of-the-art, fully automated line means we control both: cells our machines have graded, packs our line has built and tested, containers we have integrated — with no black boxes between us and the hardware we stand behind.
It also secures supply for our own pipeline. As a subsidiary of Alpha Devraj Renewable Energy, our systems go into projects we develop and operate ourselves — the strongest quality incentive a manufacturer can have.

Every pack and container carries its test record: cell grading data, torque logs, insulation results, cycling curves and factory acceptance reports. Lenders, insurers and EPC partners get documentation, not assurances.

Precision cell testing
Every incoming cell is capacity-tested and internal-resistance-graded on precision battery analyzers before it earns a place in a pack — matched cells age together, unmatched cells fail together.

Each pack carries its build record: cell batch and grading data, weld and torque logs, insulation results, cycling curves. Lenders and insurers get documentation, not assurances.
100% factory acceptance
Full charge–discharge cycling, thermal mapping and safety checks on every finished system — witnessed by the customer when they want to be in the room. No sampling. Every unit.
